SIEM WIS AS is currently owned by SIEM OFFSHORE Inc (60%), and Wellis AS (40%).

The Company was established in February 2005. The main products are targeting Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.

The Company consist of a core team with broad industry background, which cooperates with experienced complementary partner Companies in the region.
